Welcome to Bond Yoga!

Gerrards Cross & Beaconsfield's unique Hot & Flow Yoga classes!

With no previous experience required everybody is welcome at Bond Yoga. Come and experience the amazing physical and mental benefits of Hot Yoga. Regardless of age, gender, flexibility or strength, both styles of classes are suitable for all. 

To book into a class for the first time please contact us to reserve your space, you can only book online if you have attended and prepaid for Bond yoga classes in advance. For your first class bring a small towel and water, prepare your body for class by making sure you have had nutritious food and are fully hydrated, avoid big meals 2 hours prior to class. We have plenty of mats for you to use.
